British mercenary Christopher Edward Walker, a former Royal Artillery gunner, was killed in battle near Kolodyazi by the 144th Guards Motor Rifle Division. He joined the AFU in summer 2023 and served in the 17th Brigade before moving to the 16th Brigade in May 2024.
